Recipient - The recipient type will default to customer as a customer will be the recipient of the document.

Recip Code – Shows the customer code of the recipient the document destination relates to.

Document – Shows the document type that the destination is for. (Users will only be able to add/amend document destinations based on their level of access) options are;

Default Destination – Shows the default options of how the document will be sent; options are;

•Printer - The document will be printed for posting.

•Email - The document will be sent via email.

•Fax - The document will be sent to a fax number.

•Do Not Send - The document will not be sent.

Email/Fax No – When Email or Fax has been selected as the default destination, the address details and fax number will show.

Save - If clicked the record will be saved into BBS.

Clear - If clicked the details of the record will be cleared to enable new details to be entered.

Delete - If clicked the record will be removed from BBS.

Close - If clicked the record will close without saving any changes that have been made.
